Very very pathetically bad services....I went for my marriage jwellery and the 2 necklaces we selected and booked it.The month before marriage , as we all know the rate of gold get uprising day by day ....we gonna collected our booked ornaments ,and we paid the cash also. For the purchase they just saying the the ornaments that we had book gonna have today's gold price ,which we've booked 9 months ago.Its after the 9 months when we agone to purchase the booked one they told it's TODAY'S GOLD PRICE NOT THE RATE THAT WE'VE BOOKED 9 M9NTHS BEFORE ,THEY NEVER TOLD US FOR THE 9 MONTHS THAT THE NECKLACES WON'T HAVE THE BOOKED PRICE IT WILL HAVE TODAY'S GOLD PRICE.So my question is why they don't tell it before like whole 9 months ...they never told this about when we came there for the booking.Tge second fact is that ,WE ALREADY TOLD THEM NOT TO HAVE ANY STONE WORKS ON THE BANGLES ,BT ATH THE END THEY ADDED STONES ALSO AND WE HAVE TO PAY AGAIN FOR THEIR BUSINESS TRICK.All the common mans out there plz notify these comments section .You can't just say whatever once and then the opposite the other day ...
