Pathetic sales staff. They lack basic courtesy . will never step foot in this shop again ONLY because of the rude staff. I personally believe in empowering goan businesses so chose this shop , also since i have good relation with the owners . But the staff is the reason ill never recommend this shop Came in march to enquire about current gold price and making charges etc Even to do a basic enquiry about bullion resale value or buying jewellery in exchange , the lady was so arrogant and uninterested to talk . The bullion was purchased from this very shop but the customer service was so pathetic that i walked off , would rather sell it off to some other jeweller
