PNG Jewellers - Goa - Madgaon

I had been to the PNG Madgaon store yesterday, and I’ve mostly been buying from them only. I usually stick to the old, familiar staff like Gautam, Priti or Sagar, but this time I interacted with a girl named Kusum. She is a very patient listener and a very pleasant and polite person. She was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend Kusum to anyone who is a choosy and time-taking customer like me.

I had a wonderful experience at PNG thanks to Vinita. She was patient, knowledgeable about silver purity and designs, and helped me pick the perfect necklace within my budget. No pushy sales tactics, just genuine guidance. Highly recommend asking for Vinita if you visit. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

There after service is worst. I bought a finger ring in January 2026 and just 10 to 12 days later the diamond (American diamond )fell off from the ring on its own the ring was not damaged or fallen or nothing has happened with the ring i kept the diamond with me and after some days i went to the same png showroom to repair it . First they told me that to fir tht diamond i need to pay wch i refused then they said ok and repaired it . I came out of the showroom and when i sat in my car that diamond again fell off . And this time i lost the diamond . There staff told me that they will send the ring to pune for the repair. I showed them the bill. And later when asked they told me that i need to pay for the repair. Which i refused and came back. So i will suggest all the people not to go to the png rather go to Ulhas jweller or Gajanan jweller their services are far more better and appriciable.

A special mention to Vinita — she was extremely polite, patient, and knowledgeable. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and explained all the details clearly. Truly appreciate her warm and professional service. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience at PNG Jewellers. Sushmita was extremely helpful throughout our gold purchase. She explained everything clearly, which made it easy for us to make the right decision. The entire purchase experience was smooth, and we are very happy with our purchase.

I will not recommend PNG . I haf got gift vouchers from my colleague from PNG Margao ,for which I visited PNG Margao store. On Gift vouchers it was mentioned that we can avail gold ,diamond or silver. However on visit they refused to give me silver jewellery. There was no mention of any condition regarding purchase of specific items . It was like one has buy item with higher cost which much was more than gift vouchers very radiculous .On demand of Suggestion book it was not Available. Staff lacked professional approach. I would not not recommend any body to gift vouchers from PNG . No other Branded jwellery store has conditions on redeem of vouchers. Customer service of PNG too is not responsive , over all i will not recommend PNG . Abharan has more professional and courteous approach to customers. And we get a call after shopping from customer service regarding feed back of service and any suggestions for Abharan sevice .

Visited PNG Madgaon branch . Received Excellent service and customer service from Vinita who actually delayed her own lunch time just to serve us with the same enthusiasm throughout
