SUJATHA GOLD COVERING WORKS

I wanted to share my experience with these guys. I placed an order with my international number and I can't track my order because of it. They're using pretty bad delivery services... I can't log into their account with my phone number and can't contact them without updating it to a local number. I asked the Sujatha team to update my local number so I could contact delivery services, but they were super slow to respond. I missed a delivery because they couldn't reach me via the given phone number, and they said updating the phone number takes 3 days. I even asked if I could pick up the package myself but no response. I know, it's my fault as well for not giving a local number, but I've never had issues with international numbers before. I managed to find the delivery service's email ID and sent an email too. The next day, the package was delivered, but the item isn't as shown, not "the look of gold or best quality" like they said... just a gold color paint that comes off easily. The item's slightly damaged, and the paint's already chipped off. Honestly, would've been way better if you'd used a good delivery service where customers can track or contact easily, and the product's quality is checked before shipping. Not recommending to anyone to purchase online and I won't be purchasing again.

I received my product today. The earrings were too good. They have a rich, antique gold finish that makes them look more beautiful. The quality of the product is excellent. I am highly satisfied with the product. Thank you so much.
