I visited the Tanishq store with a jewellery piece that was almost 40–45 years old and had been gifted by my grandfather. It had broken due to long-term use. This piece was very special and emotionally valuable to me, so I did not want to trust any outside repair shop. I chose Tanishq because I truly believe in its quality, service, and trustworthiness. At the store, Mr. Pijush Karmakar listened to my concern very patiently and carefully examined the product. He assured me that the repair could be completed within just two hours. Honestly, I was not expecting such quick and perfect service for such an old jewellery item. However, within the promised time, he repaired the product beautifully and handed it back to me in excellent condition. I was extremely happy and satisfied to see my old jewellery looking beautiful once again. The professionalism, care, and dedication shown by the staff truly impressed me. This experience once again proved why I trust only Tanishq for my jewellery needs. Tanishq not only values jewellery but also understands the emotions and trust attached to every customer’s product. I sincerely thank Mr. Pijush Karmakar and the entire team for their wonderful service and support.
