Good staff but poor quality materials and high rate. Selling 70% silver at rate higher than actual 925 price and 925 silver is charged even higher. When silver rate was 254/gm, they were charging 262 for 70% silver and 274 for 925 silver excluding the making charge.

They charge almost 20–30% more than the actual silver rate for 925 jewellery. Very few items are truly 925 as they claim, and they do not provide any certifications. Most of their silver jewellery is advertised as 70% pure, but when checked, it turns out to be only 45–50% pure—yet they still charge at the rate of pure silver. They also fail to provide a proper GST bill; if asked, they hand over handwritten notes while still collecting GST from customers. This makes them fraudulent sellers. Be cautious about their pricing practices. It is better to choose jewellers who provide proper certification, genuine purity, and official billing.
