In the year 2021, we bought diamond earrings for my daughter here. At that time they told they'll purchase back those diamonds earrings when we are exchanging. We visited in 2026 May, for exchanging but they denied and cheated us. Please do not visit this shop for purchasing, they'll cheat us.

Good collection, VA is less than the other retailers in market.

Utterly unprofessional. Workers and management have no communication. We ordered one model they gave different ornament. On top of that Mr Gupta was giving free advice to exchange with other model. He's the one who said okay we can arrange the same ornament and he was saying I don't remember that. Completely irresponsible and they just don't give value to our tastes and sentiments.Super disappointed. If you want to be valued as a customer just don't go to this place.

We tried to purchase/order tortoise ring. We tried all famous/small shops in Khammam TN but of no luck. No one ready to make the ring what we selected. This is the shop where they took it as challange and made it possible within 4 days. Almost we ordered 7 rings once they showed possitive attitude and the price they are offering is also competitive in market. If you looking out for big items then it's best place I believe.

Friendly staff, nice maintenance and acceptable cost on gold ornaments

My sister recently visited this jeweller, while purchasing jewellery, she asked questions on stone weight and rate on used gold. Owner of this responded very rudely by saying, 'konte konandi, lekapote vellandi' instead of clarification. Buyers have to buy on their terms and whatever the price they say, your aren't allowed to ask any questions. Go here if you want to risk your dignity and self respect.

Order was not right.Thickness of gold was reduced. I ordered gold of 3.3mm thickness and I got 3mm thickness. and they are saying they can't do anything about it. customer service was worst.
