I had a very disappointing experience with Jangid Jewellers, Khamgaon. In June 2022, I purchased jewellery worth around ₹3 lakhs. At the time of payment, they insisted on charging an additional 2% MDR for Credit/Debit card transactions, which is unacceptable from a customer perspective. Even after making a successful UPI payment (with confirmation), they refused to hand over the gold immediately, saying it would take 24 hours to confirm receipt. This shows a clear lack of trust and very poor customer handling. Because I was in a hurry, I had no choice but to rearrange the payment and settle part of it in cash, which was extremely inconvenient. What’s worse is that even today (31 Mar 26), when I called to check if they still charge extra for digital payments, the response was highly unprofessional. Instead of giving a clear answer, I was told "come to the shop, we’ll decide then," and the call was abruptly disconnected. This kind of vague, dismissive, and non-transparent behavior is not what customers expect—especially when dealing with high-value purchases. I strongly recommend buyers to consider more customer-friendly jewellers in nearby cities like Akola, where the experience is far more professional and transparent. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this store.

They Sell all jwellery at 24 rate and claim our making charges are lower 6-8%.No hallmark. Compete lack if transparency. When trying to exchange hallmark jewelery they heated it scratched in something and randomly decide to cut loose 15% (@24CARRAT RATE), we went to another reputed placed next Dat and got 8% more value. They are taking customer for fool. This might have been how business was done past but with everyone now being so transparent they will have to improve on how they deal with customer.

No hallmark on Jewellery and they ask for the same rate for 24k and 22k gold , their managers told - we have same rate for 22k and 24k gold and different rate for making charges - are we fool to buy gold from such a place , If you face the same kind of issue with them just record a video and log a complain on BIS care app … we just refuse to buy anything and walk away ,

Good showroom, they have good variety if gold and silver product.even you have fancy product.
