Purchased jewellery on the boxing day at AVR Erode. I have high regard on the AVR swarna Mahal but the arrangements made for billing is very very poor. People have to wait almost 2.5 to 3 hours at the counter to get their bills and ornaments. No proper planning and no sufficient manpower employed for the same. Did not expect such a poor arrangement especially for billing section. Needs a lot of improvement in this area for such a reputed firm. People must be happy to leave the shop after spending such a large amount of hard earned money. Management, please take a note of this. Thank you
