Murugan Jewellers Karaikal

Very much satisfied... Staffs approach was very polite... Wastage and making charges are comparatively lesser than other shops. Good ambience...

Happy purchasing place. I always end up with satisfaction and happiness whenever I come for purchase . Family ambiance. Feel good place with good collection in gold and silver. My favourite girls who always help me here with best welcoming smile Suganya Vaithegi Shiva Abhi Selvi Suganthi And above all the credits goes to Bala Murali , The owner.

Variety of jewells available always and price negotiation not needed because their sales team will do that on behalf of us. Our all time sales girl Vaidegi's way of showcasing the jewells and hospitality was good.

On my recent visit, I felt staff behaviour changed from my last visit. Not specific to any staff, but general mindset of staffs changed and they seems to hurry-up and not ready to display more design unless asked. They are in mindset like "IF YOU WANT, BUY ORELSE DONT BUY, GO OUT SOON" which is horrible. Elderly man keep asking whether your kid is on the way to shop more than 3times though we said him, kid is coming. They cannot even wait for 5-10mins. Dis-satisfied overall

Always favourite shop especially for their customer service and quality products. Low wastage assured in the city.

"I had a fantastic experience at this jewelry shop! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, guiding me through their beautiful selection. The quality of their pieces is outstanding, and I found the perfect piece for a special occasion. The customer service was top-notch, making it a memorable shopping experience. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for exquisite jewelry and exceptional service."
