Review has no option to give 0 Stars hence I had to stay with 1 star. Here is the story. An ornament was bought 8 years ago at Kolkata. One diamond of the ornament did fell off, however I had it. Thought of replacing the ornament and buy a new one. When the store had a look at it, they said that, they will have to send the ornament to Kolkata and get the same verified if they can fit the stone in the ring. It will take a minimum of 25 working days to do the same 😖. Every person will not have time of 25 days in their hand like me as I stay outside. When customer is conveyed that if they buy diamond from Kalyan, they can replace anywhere in India. However it has lot of clause and be aware of it. I had chosen ornaments to buy from Kalyan and Candere. I did not take both because of this. Please also be aware that they do not have any facilities in Odisha to get the ornament verified. I have decided not to buy anything from Kalyan.
