Amazingly false promising staff and members there. I have bought a silver chain from the store one and a half year back, when have been promised by the store representative that if in future you return the chain back to the same store with bill you will be provided by 90% of the billing prize. And now when I got the chain damaged wand wanted to get it excahnge it in return of money was offered only 1/3 of the billing prize stating that this kind of claim can't be maid by any of the staff it's false. More amazingly have been offered a better prize of exchange by other store very near by to Shubham Jewellers. Giving me an very bad experience of my purchase that how one can be fooled in this big mall so any new buyers if looking to this review please it's a very humble suggestion to all, do not fall for any such promises they deny there speaking just like nothing. Fake false and fraud commitments.
