They patiently showed multiple options and guided me to choose the perfect one. What I really appreciated was their assurance that if there are any size issues or if she doesn’t like the design, they would happily exchange it. That gave me a lot of confidence while buying. I’m sorry I didn’t catch their names, but both the staff members—a lady and a young man—were very kind, polite, and supportive throughout the process. They even offered me a good discount, which was a nice bonus. Overall, a very pleasant shopping experience. Highly recommended!
