Me and my mother recently visited the RR JEWELLERS. It was a pleasant experience and we were very happy with the purchase. Shruthi,their employee,who helped us with the purchaee was very helpful, and patient with us. Finally we found what we were looking for and my mother liked the chaina we bought. They have good designs,light weight collections and we also got the offer price of wastage %. Only disappointment was not giving full price on 916 gold when exchanging old gold n buying, 100 rupees per gram was reduced saying its their policy although it was first time that ive come across such scenario for 916 gold. Thats the whole purpose of buying 916 gold. Hence the 4 star instead of 5.Anyways overall it has been a pleasant experience.It was worth visitng your store all the way from suraram.
