We ordered ornament 2months back , after multiple follow ups, they are saying take money back after 2 months and no proper response, worest communication, Don't order anything from them, worest communication.

As a Customer, I won't prefer this Jewellery place. Raja Rani Jewellers but they don't have Gold Earings, and also platinum also. Thuse words said by their owner. And also irrespective of behaviour. Worst Experience.

Worst experience. Had an awful experience here with gold delivery . Took almost 5 months and many follow up calls . And didnt update us with proper tracking or anything .

Doesn't had a pleasant experience. After impressed by one of their ornament, gave advance to them with some modifications. Had to make many follow up calls. Final product not as per request. Almost took two months. Good thing is that they had refunded the advance when we had changed our mind.

My family has years of experience with Raja Rani Jewellers. They have a very good understanding of the design aesthetics of contemporary and non current worlds. Particularly they curate the item very close if not beyond your likings. There was hardly any occasion of defaulting on timeline during peak festive times. A seasoned goldsmith team to deliver a world class item. If you are truly looking for gold ornaments then this is one stop place for what you want. Kudos to the management for being so humble and helpful 🙏❤️
