Ms. Swetha, It’s not always about the collection they come up with, but the experience we make when visiting the store is something that retail has to hold. It is so shocking how rude and careless behaviour she was holding, apparently gave me vibes like as she own the store. No appropriate knowledge of explaining about the product or giving details. Very bad experience with you, Ms. Swetha. I would suggest you to learn little gratitude/ polite behaviour with the customers.

The sales guy wearing spectacles has zero interest in showing any pieces. He just said it's piece cost and he is not even ready to give any breakup for the jewelry cost. He has lot of attitude and he doesn't even know how to talk or behave with customers. I can afford to buy that piece just because of his behavior I just walked out. Such a disgrace to such legacy. Please train your staff it has such a bad vibe

Wish I could give ZERO stars but Google doesn’t have that option. I’ve just visited this store with my mum. The lady who was there to serve the customers was disinterested and the rest of the staff had zero interest in showing us any collection. Waste of time, disrespectful attitude and unapologetically insulting behaviour. I hope you learn to appreciate customers in the future and be respectful.

The most important aspect of being in the retail industry is the behaviour of the staff. I’ve had the most unpleasant experience at this store. It wasn’t once but twice. Even during my second visit, the staff was extremely rude with literally no respect or behaviour towards the customer. You can have a really good collection but what’s the point of giving ridiculous customer experience? It’s funny that basic manners have to be taught to adults who are working. Also, what is the management doing after so many negative reviews about the staff? Clearly, they do not care. Extremely unfit as a store. I just saw the reviews and clearly many people resonate with the same.

Great collection and Nice experience overall! And the staff was very polite and helpful in deciding the best ring for me. I am not sure where the reviews about the staff being rude are coming from at all.

The most unfit store in the customer service industry. Don’t know if the employees are asked specifically to be not hospitable to the customers, not a single staff member responded with a smile and extremely intimidating experience. Ridiculous prices, initimidating staff gives you the most unpleasant jewellery Shopping experience. The only one plus is the beautiful collection.

Very rude staff..dont care for customers.. entitled behaviour everybody in thr store has...not even attending customers with respect and pleasant mood.. extremely unpleasant experience...the sales persons And executives dont even smile to greet customers..dont visit the store...not at all hospitable...staff is very toxic..
