Tanishq Jewellery - Hazaribagh - Guru Govind Singh Road

Had a wonderful experience at Tanishq Hazaribagh. I visited the store for resizing my mother’s gifted chain, and the service provided was truly excellent. Special thanks to kariger Mr. Sanjay Yadav for his skilled work, patience, and perfect finishing. The resizing was done beautifully and delivered on time. The staff was polite, professional, and very supportive throughout the process. Really appreciated the care they showed towards customer satisfaction. Highly recommended for both jewelry purchase and after-sales service.

It is rare to find a place that treats your memories with as much respect as your jewelry, but Tanishq Hazaribagh did exactly that. I recently brought in a 15-year-old Mangalsutra pendant that had been tucked away in a box for years. It was badly broken, and honestly, I had lost hope that it could ever be restored. From the moment I walked in, Kavita from the sales team made me feel at ease. She truly listened and understood the deep sentimental value attached to the piece, handling my anxiety with incredible grace and patience. The technical restoration, however, was nothing short of miraculous. Sanjay Yadav, the technician, is a master of his craft. He repaired the intricate, delicate structure so seamlessly that the damage has completely vanished. It looks exactly as it did the day I first wore it. Seeing my pendant restored to its original glory was a truly emotional experience. I am beyond thrilled with the results. A heartfelt thank you to Kavita and Sanjay for their exceptional professionalism, skill, and genuine care! Review Summary: Service: 5/5 (Kavita) Craftsmanship: 5/5 (Sanjay Yadav) Experience: Highly Recommended
