Sri Roopa Jewellers

First thing first the staff and the collections are amazing. Given that the price of gold is gonna increase a lot in few months I recommend Roopa jewellers as the best store in Hassan to purchase for better price. Designs are top noch. Staffs assisted in choosing the best ones - Naseem, Asha and Shruthi. One suggestion is buy on the day if the rate is less as the next would increase and you might not get it for the same price.

Very nice collections .good offer very happy good service provided by arpitha 😍

1 year back I have opened a gold scheme with them, as a new customer I was not having proper knowledge in that by the time Lavanya helped me a lot. She is very humble and helpful, till now she responds me in a very good manner every time. Customers also needs a good agent like her who respond with patience and kind. Thank you lavanya ❤️

Good collection all over Hassan Nice place to purchase with variety of options Staffs are soo supportive

Very nice collections and the staff ms.Radha attended very attractive towards customers and also other staffs also very nice happy to purchase here thank you..

We visited Sri Roopa Jewellers, Hassan with the intention of purchasing a ring, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Initially, we were shown only two rings and were indirectly asked to choose from those options without being shown additional designs. There was no effort to display more collections or offer variety. Only after we insisted and continued the conversation did the staff start showing a few more designs — and even then, the options were very limited. The overall approach felt unwelcoming and slightly rude. We expected better customer service and a more engaging shopping experience. I hope the management works on improving customer interaction and product presentation in the future.
