Horrible experience with scammy behaviour from the owner. First red flag should had been the fact he didn’t treat us equally like the other customers and the second major red flag - the fact he didn’t quote a price to us, even though we asked. Thirdly, I called and asked if everything I asked was done with, he said yes. When I arrived; he gave me my chain and sent the ring to be fixed right in front of me- I went three days after confirming if everything was fixed. Fourth, he welded a small piece on the opp side of the chain, subsequently leaving a black residue on the part of the chain that was perfectly fine and needed no fixing/ should had been on the way AND had the audacity to ask for more money to get it "cleaned" Eventually, he charged way more than he should have, given the crap work done + 3 unnecessary trips because the man couldn’t be bothered to communicate clearly, as if ppl aren’t busy. So yeah, if you want to be treated horribly & scammed, go to this place.

We had booked gold for **X amount** a few months ago, before the recent rise in gold prices. Today, when we visited the store to get jewellery made from the gold we had booked, we were told that the deal had expired and that we would be charged based on today's rates. At the time of booking, there were no terms and conditions mentioned, nor were we informed of any such limitations. I would strongly advise others not to trust such schemes — they can be misleading. - Waste of time - waste of money

Extremely highly unprofessional people. The are a loot. One day they will promise something and the next day when you will go for collecting the jewellery they will ask you for extra money by saying you have to give. Then they have the audacity to talk foul with you when being told they are being unprofessional. Pathetic show by them. I will definitely never repeat this mistake of wasting money on purchasing from them. It was a mistake that being kumaoni i tried to buy once from them. Worst place to go. After this review also if you people want to go and still trust them you can go and face the burnt yourself!

This jeweller is not punctual in delivery. He does harass the customers for delivery of ornaments intime.

Very pathetic service & they never promisse right time to customers.
