Kalyan Jewellers - Khalihamari, Dibrugarh

I had a wonderful experience at Kalyan Jewellers, Dibrugarh. The staff named Balaram attended to me with exceptional patience, explained every detail clearly, and showed multiple options without rushing. His service truly made my purchase smooth and satisfying, highly recommended. Tumpa was also very polite and supportive throughout my visit. However, my interaction with Deepak was not pleasant, and his behaviour needs improvement. I hope the management addresses this for better customer experience. Overall, thanks to Balaram and Tumpa, my visit was very positive.
