They patiently explained purity, making charges, and helped me compare designs until I found the perfect piece. You can tell they know their stuff and genuinely care. Jewellery is good but customer service worst....they are not maintain standard, customer is purchasing precious jewellery but they are giving bills without envelope nd jewellery is giving in simple carry bag like as purchasing road side cloth. This is worst experience in a low standard maintain jewellery shop.

The staff is very helpful, and the best part is that making changes is possible here. Even a 6% improvement, which seems impossible elsewhere, is possible here.

I had a terrible experience with this shop. I placed an order on October 4th, which was promised to be ready within a week. However, nearly 50 days have passed, and the order is still not ready. The staff seems completely indifferent to customer service. I visited the shop 8-10 times to follow up, and every time I was told, "It will be ready by tomorrow." Despite requesting them to call me once the order was ready, I never received any updates. This level of service is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone.
