Malabar Gold and Diamonds - Bhimavaram

I have purchased gold from Malabar Gold & Diamonds in Vizag, Anakapalle, and Eluru, and my experience in those branches has always been good. The staff there were polite, welcoming, and helpful. However, my experience at Malabar Bhimavaram was completely different and disappointing. The staff did not address customers properly and lacked basic courtesy. Even something as simple as offering drinking water was not done unless we specifically asked, which reflects poor customer service. It also appeared that there is an employee shortage, as the service was slow and unorganized. Overall, many aspects of customer handling and service quality need serious improvement at this branch. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues to maintain the brand’s reputation.

Recently visited this store, the designs and models are good and have lots of options. Particularly staff behaved more patiently and showed us. Particularly the staff named Swathi is well behaved and showed us the designs with full of patience.

We took my daughter for ear piercings, and everything went smoothly—we even picked up some studs.Staff member Srivalli has showed good collection, and we found the perfect design for her. It was an amazing experience overall.
