Senco Gold & Diamonds- Triveni Arcade, Bhagalpur

I had a very pleasant experience at Senco Gold & Diamonds, Bhagalpur. The entire team was courteous, professional, and customer-friendly. I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Karan Anand and Ms. Manisha Kumari for their excellent service, patience, and helpful attitude while assisting customers. Ms. Apurva Roy and Ms. Varsha Pathak were also very pleasant and efficient in their dealings. I would also like to commend Floor Manager Mr. Tarun for his exceptional customer care and attentive approach. His willingness to assist and ensure customer satisfaction made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the team at Senco Gold & Diamonds, Bhagalpur deserves appreciation for their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

I was a regular customer of this store and made several purchases here, largely because of the excellent service provided by Shambhavi Priya, who worked as a salesperson.Unfortunately, her experience as an employee was deeply disappointing. Despite working diligently, she was not paid her salary and incentives, and when she tried to raise these concerns, she felt disrespected and was allegedly treated poorly by manager Tarun Kumar Shah, Vicky Rajak, and the showroom owner.A business that does not treat its employees fairly raises serious concerns about its values and integrity Based on my experience as a loyal customer, I cannot recommend this store and would encourage others to consider these issues before shopping at at this store.

Hi, I visited to store with spouse yesterday and purchased a pre decided jewellery but during the purchase process the sales staff Ms Sia listen our query calmly and explain all things clearly. Her way of talking was very professional and impressive. her colleagues whobjoined later Mr. Deepak and Ms. Smita also did good job. Infact products collection, store ambience, staff behaviour everything is upto the mark and I recommend to all they must should visit here once who are looking for buy a jwellery in local shop Where money making is first priority rather than customer satisfaction . Nice experience. Thank you senco. See you again.

I had a wonderful experience at Seco Gold and Diamonds. The collection is absolutely stunning elegant designs. The staff were extremely polite and knowledgeable. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

Very satisfied with the post-sales service. A few months after purchasing a silver chain, it broke unexpectedly. The team promptly repaired it and provided excellent support. Truly appreciate their quick and customer-friendly service.

"Shopping here was such a pleasant experience. The staff (Siya) was so professional and helpful. They took the time to show me multiple options, explained the different gold/diamond purities, and helped me find the perfect piece without ever being pushy. Excellent service from start to finish!"
