Jaipur Gems N Jewel ( since 1998)

A truly memorable customer experience. If you enjoy being made to feel like you’ve personally disrupted national operations by walking into a shop, this is definitely the place to visit. The highlight was the masterclass in customer engagement — where instead of assistance, you get attitude absolutely free of cost. Apparently, asking for service without carrying a decade of paperwork even after taking money and waiting fora week is a shocking concept. The wait was not the issue; the communication was. A simple explanation would have helped, but where’s the drama in that? Jewellery can be beautiful, but courtesy costs nothing — and unfortunately seems to be out of stock here. Hope future customers are treated with a little more professionalism and a little less ego.

I expected professionalism but received poor quality and even poorer support. Calls and messages were ignored, and no ownership was taken.

I have purchased "Yellow sapphire" and "pearl" from here. First i would like to say that understanding the quality of gem and it's appropriate cost is very very difficult topic. I don't think there is any standard of pricing. So best thing is do good research by going to multiple stores for pricing. On that note I feel JaipurGemsNJwells is good option. Owner is quite straight forward about price and quality and has good collection of gems. Though they have very less staff (only 3 people) so I feel you need to give more time. They can improve here as you need to wait more if more customers r dere. Apart from dat as I mentiined earlier do good research before buying ny gems. So my recommendation is you should at least visit there if u r looking for gems. Thanku

Hi customers I had very bad experience with Jaipur gems and jewellers On 15 th november 2025 I had purchased 5 Gomathi chakra they cost for ₹200 Actual price in all stores ₹50 When I asked for original coral initially said ₹4000 for 2 piece and later change the statement₹5000 so by seeing this they don't maintain and fixed price and statement also Lucky I didn't purchase it otherwise it's a huge loss for me

Genuine stones but Set prices 🙂 Happy purchase at the end 👍 Many thanks, Mr.Punit

Thanks Mr Punit for on time delivery and good finishing of my ring.

Its been almost 11 years where we started buying precious stones here according to our birth charts for our family and relatives. Which has resulted good and positive.Highly recommended! You can consult astrology on prior appointment in their shop only if unaware of your stones according to your birth chart. They have different varieties and qualities.. Based on the highest purity of impurities in the stone the cost ranges from low to high. They show you all varieties and explain the difference in the cost and quality. If you want to buy genuinely then this is best place for the stones .
