We wanted to buy yellow sapphire and red coral gem. We went to grey gems near Trinity metro station. The shop looks like a wholesaler as it was very small. But the owner/manager was so friendly and showed us all varieties from lowest price to highest one. He is very genuine. The process was so smooth. We could finalize on our gems on the same day and ordered for rings as well. We got the rings with gemstones in 3 days time. Very good experience.

I really don't understand how this place has good reviews because I got cheated. I bought a red coral stone from here and also made the ring with metal panchadhatu.i made this with 2gm gold and 3 gm other metals.this is normally not made like this. But owner assured me it won't fade or tarnish. After 1 month it tarnished and became black in color. The owner said this happens very rarely.some kind of mixing of metal composition. Then another ring was made.he waved off making charges which is a big favor or something after all those promises. Again it has tarnished and now I have skin allergy due to metal. I asked for a compensation since I have spent a lot on gold charges and making charges. Now he casually asks me to make a gold ring. How convenient. Neither will I get back the whole gold from the old ring nor can I wear it. I have to throw it... P.s I have checked the ring at 3 different gold shops. There is no gold in it.be careful when you buy. They say big words but no results
