Recently, we purchased a Ruby and Yellow Sapphire from Gem Selections, Jayanagar for me and my wife. Naveen explained the gemstone details clearly and helped us choose the right stones. The quality is excellent, and both are working well for us. Highly satisfied with the service

Very good experience at the store. Appreciate efforts and the way Mr. Naveen walked us through and evaluate various options of Gems. Recommend store for original Gem stones.

Purchased a Clear Quartz from Gem Selections, Jayanagar. Naveen provided good guidance and support. The crystal quality is excellent and it is working fine for me. Overall, a good experience

I'm posting this review after using a Diamond, Emerald, and Blue Sapphire in a silver pendant for over 3.5 months. I had a fantastic experience with Gem Selections: Khanna Gems, Jayanagar Experience Centre. When I visited, they had limited inventory at the store, and Mr. Naveen explained that all items are dispatched directly from Delhi for security reasons. Initially, I was unsure about buying without seeing the stones in person, but the video catalog and their guidance were game-changers. Mr. Naveen taught me the authentication process to verify the natural quality of each stone, which other shops never did. The stone I chose in the catalog was exactly what I received in my pendant. I verified its authenticity through a government lab (IIGJ) and on their portal, confirming it was 100% natural. I’m genuinely happy with my pendant, as it has brought me good energy and prosperity. Thank you, Naveen and the Gem Selections team, for a trustworthy experience!

As someone who is not a gem expert, I was initially confused. The staff patiently explained the entire authentication process and helped me understand the quality of the stone before buying. No false promises, only genuine guidance. Overall, a very professional and trustworthy experience.

It was very comforting and easy for us to choose the gem. Very detailed explanations were given and very patiently our doubts were clarified. This store gives the best suggestions and service compared to others. We had a great experience.
