Very disappointed with the behaviour of the cashier at the billing counter during my recent visit. I was purchasing silver material, which I understand is usually billed at a separate section. However, instead of guiding properly, the cashier spoke rudely and said things like "Can’t you understand the problem?" and asked me to come back the next day for billing. I have visited this shop many times earlier and always had a good experience, which is why this incident was unexpected and disappointing. Customers deserve respectful communication, even if there are process-related issues. Because of this experience, I currently feel hesitant to recommend this place to others. I hope the management takes note and improves customer handling at the billing counter.

Customer service is not upto the mark. At the time of billing they will say we do not accept cards or you have to pay extra if you are paying by cards. Was a regular customer but not visit now onwards.

I hope Chandukaka Jewellers,savedi considers revisiting this policy to provide a smoother, more customer-friendly experience in the future.

Service is good.. They charge 1.5% extra for credit card payments, this one thing they have to improve otherwise everything else is good. Response to your reply - many sellers accepts credit card payments and banks charge them too, but they don't charge extra to there customers.

Good store with huge variety in ornaments. Rates are lower and only seasonal discounts are available. Try to visit while festivals could grab a good discount. The salesman are good and won't make you wait even in huge crowds. Mostly recommended. As compared to other jeweller i like this store.

Good experience overall. Variety of products available, customer service is great. Just the exchange or selling our items is not worthy, felt a remarkable difference in buying and selling twice. Also while Exchanging items they try to profit themselves.

Please don't purchase anything from this shop. My sister's pendent was broken which was purchased 6 months before from this shop. When we came here for repair the staff of this shop talking rudely. They repaired it within few seconds and charged some rupees for repair, saying that they add some gold which is completely false. They did cheat. Don't buy anything from this shop. They cheat you. After purchase they doesn't entertain you.
