Not talking to the client properly, talking in a wrong manner and the medicine also does not give any good result. Earlier, we had taken a token number and it was 10. At that time, your staff informed us that the number was not valid. We kept waiting from 2:00 PM, and finally when our turn came around 6:00 PM, we saw that you were attending to your personal relatives or friends and giving them priority. The way you spoke to us was also very inappropriate. On top of that, you said, "Get the treatment done this time, but don’t come again." Is this the way treatment is supposed to be given? It was a very disappointing experience. The treatment was poor, and the behavior of the staff there was equally bad.

This is not the first time we have visited a doctor that you are explaining the language to us. First of all, you should teach your staff the manners of talking. And no one has that much time to wait for 5 hours and suffer insults at your place. And when you have provided the facility of dialing the number on the phone, then follow it also.

The treatment was extremely poor, and the service was equally pathetic. Neither the staff nor the doctor had the basic courtesy to speak properly, nor did they seem to know how to provide proper medical care.
