Worst university ever! I’m from the 2019 batch, and my course was supposed to end in 2022. I had one subject backlog, and now it’s 2025 — they still haven’t cleared it. The paper checking is extremely poor. I even applied for rechecking, which they said would take 2 months, but there was no change in my marks. The exam I gave in December 2024 — the results just came out today. I had written the exact same answers as before, and they still gave me only 8 out of 50. Pathetic! This university is the biggest mistake of my life. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone — not even by accident. I have one last chance now in June to clear it. Seriously, the WORST university ever. Please do NOT take admission here! This university doesn’t even deserve a 1-star review.

So I went there for inquiry coz they were not receiving the call and guess what the phone ( number mentioned on site) was buzzing right in front of me on her table and she wasn't picking it up. I was like wait that's ahh nevermind. I had to travel from another city to hear "you can do all process online" she was really helpful nevertheless thank you for that but now they have everything online so lesser work for her (yay from her side)- Read the notice board there they have like 80% information you mostly need.

place was nice but the office time is not correct so you have to display correct timing on your website so students those who are coming from far they should not be in trouble like me

Staff are not at all supportive. They don't guide properly. Literally so rude and arrogant.

IGNOU Office Nagpur where you can get the details of different IGNOU course and if there is any problem regarding to Books or Hall ticket or Fees or any other problem then you can visit here the office staff is very helpful in nature. They will solve your problem easily.
