Ok my frank and honest review - Jain Ji is a very nice person u won’t realise that when u talk to him over message but once u meet him u Ll feel he is a good and honest man and trust me really understanding as nd helpful not at all like other jewellers .. it’s funny to think of a jeweller being honest but every one in the market is sitting to earn , but I can definitely say he doesn’t make you a fool or loot you the gems you get here are good and are Better priced than most online site .. totally recommended

I have made 2-3 Purchases here, later I realized that compared to other Stores, Price is too high and I got cheated. Also I want to share my bad experience about my last order.. I made a Order for an Blue Sapphire stone with pendent., and made an Advance payment of 8000/- for 27,999/- product. Later due to health issues I couldn't proceed with the full payment and requested him ( Sandeep Jain) for refund of my order, He has not generated any order number and said that, I can't make refund, and asked me to pay 2k again for nothing.. Since 2 years I'm asking him to refund my money. But this person ate my money and not ready to refund.. I will be sending him legal notice soon. Please be careful with this website and store.. I don't know other reviews here or real or fake. Don't be fooled by reviews.. Stay away from this Store.🙏

We came to this store on holiday from Eau and picked out a beautiful emerald (for me) Sapphire (for my wife) and aqua marine (for my mother). The stones were beautiful professionally cut and in my opinion fair priced. Sandeep our contact was great to talk too and was happy to explain and share his knowledge and advice. We got the gems made in to jewellery back home and all the jewellers commented on how incredible the gems were. Currently in the process of potentially ordering for a second time and looking forward to doing business again. 100% recommend amd I can put full confidence in this business.

It has been a pleasure doing business with Venus. Stones are beautiful and high quality.Their karigar did a great job everyone here compliments the workmanship of the jewellery I ordered. Totally genuine and ethical business and you can order from anywhere in the world.
