The service is good.. but sometimes people get annoyed. When I give an order.. they don't respond properly.. In the past, I called this shop many times to get a customer who had bought a Kanaka Pushparagam.. a stone and a Panchaloham ring.. and again.. no one gave me a proper answer for a few days. Again, I bought a money magnet.. a bracelet.. now they give the right answer to the customers, pick up the phone at the right time, take the order.. and courier the given order.. Their service is very good now..
