I was a student at orane did DNT course from there . I did my exam and passed i went to canada didn’t claim my certificate i was asking for help that what can i do i understand my mistake but Orane staff has no professional they don’t know how to talk to someone respectful she said thats your mistake you didn’t clam and how i can help where were you in last 5 years in very rude way . Staff should know how to talk respectfully atleast . If she refuses with respect i would have just accept it . The lady on reception yesterday was helpful she was suggesting me everything that I could do to get my certificate but today whoever the staff she just denied to help me .
