Smay-Jak Yoga School

I had an amazing experience at Smayjak Yoga studio in the past one month. It helped me regain my flexibility. The yoga teacher here, Kartikay sir is very kind and pays attention to each and every student. He understands the limits of the student and do not force them. He gave me good tips and tricks for a healthy lifestyle. I tried and learned so many new yoga asana. The class environment is also very good and friendly. It has so many yoga accessories which I loved using. Thank you for such a great time at Smayjak Yoga Studio.

I’ve been doing Yoga since 1 month and I can feel the changes, my body has become more flexible. Also the environment here in Smay-jak is so good and Archarya Kartikay Suri is also really friendly to work with! If you’re looking for Yoga centre for strengthening your body, meditation or posture correction, you should definitely join Smay-jak and experience peace in each possible manner🌈✨

Two months since joining SmayJak my perspective of yoga has changed. I no longer seek weight loss and strength but rather peace and stability. I remeber my first week being the toughest at the studio, my body was completely sore the day after. Working my way through the first week not only boosted my confidence but made it relatively easier to tolerate whatever came next. I’m glad I joined the studio and plan to learn from Kartikey sir for the forseeable future.

SmayJak Yoga Studio is a great place to be if you are an yoga enthusiast. There is nice calming ambience. I feel at peace to be here.

Very good experience. Must visit fitness lovers. Friendly nature.kartikay sir always motivates us to push our limit and do better. He is amazing trainer. Vibes are so positive of studio.

I had never done yoga before but Yoga trainer (Mr. Kartikey) has helped me progress. He is always on time, pleasant, friendly and professional yoga teacher to work with.Let him know about your goals, and he will carefully adjust the sequence and particularly help you work towards them.I got everything I needed, a little bit of work-out to break some sweat, strong stretch in sore muscles and deep relaxation at the end. It truly a both body and mind yoga which projects really good energy, so if you’ve been having a rough day, this class will set you back on the right path. The perfect combo of meditation, stretch and a workout. The studio is relaxing and quiet, with great music, ambience and scent getting me in a perfect mood for yoga. I highly recommend his studio to anyone who wants an amazing yoga experience!

I've been attending these yoga classes for 2 weeks now and i have to say that my experience there has been nothing short of absolutely incredible. The atmosphere of the yoga training centre is perfect for mindful practices and leaves your soul, mind and body completely relaxed. All in all, I highly recommend this centre and cannot thank Kartikay sir enough for his guidance.
