PYK Yoga & Astrology

Ramanan Sir and his associates in the yoga centre are providing wonderful customized yoga and breathing exercises for me that fit my existing physical fitness level and they gradually increase the pace. I have seen this not only for myself, but for other participants of all ages (youngsters, middle aged & Senior Citizens/Old people). Sessions available in multiple slots in the morning and evening to choose from. Their understanding of what is required for the individual to become fit and hence their customized program is great!!! I would recommend PYK Yoga & Astrology Centre to people of all ages

PYK is an excellent place to learn and practice yoga. The atmosphere is calming and the studio is spacious. Ramanan sir is a wonderful and patient teacher. He has such vast knowledge and I truly feel blessed to come here and learn. He explains everything in depth so I have no doubts. I have learnt so much here. Sir's surya namaskar sequence is a super workout with its variations and his yoga sequences are amazing. This is a great place to be in. Positive vibes.

Ramanan Sir has been my Yoga guru for nearly 3 years now. His approach to teaching Yoga as a holistic way of health makes his sessions not just about asanas. Whether they are virtual or in-person sessions, he ensures that we learn Yoga the right way, paying attention to our breathing as well and understand why we do certain asanas.

Have been attending classes past 3 months! Enjoy the classes very much. Ramananji is an experienced teacher, makes it a point to explain all the asanas thoroughly, includes both stretches and strength training too which is a bonus for me , being a senior citizen . Chitra the other teacher too was fantastic . On the whole , I look forward to attending classes at PYK!👍

Had a really wonderful experience with Mr. Ramanan and Ms. Chitra. The Yoga is customised to your body’s capabilities with so much care and attention. I have been to other Yoga studios where it’s extremely commercial. But here you can feel the Yoga being done the correct way. Also they are reasonably priced and even offer pay per class. I strongly recommend this studio 🙂

I have been learing yoga from Ramanan sir for more than 2 years and I have seen a lot of difference in my health. He gives exercises for both strength and flexibility to get a good balance between both in our body. He also gives a session on pranayama to get our breathing right.

PYK Astrology and Yoga is a great place to go for astrology predictions. They do not use computer softwares but rather hand write all jadhagams and then predict. This gave me satisfaction and a feeling that I was given personal attention by the astrologer. His predictions are spot on and his pariharam suggestions are practical. The one question for ₹101 is feasible and easy to afford. I will definitely recommend this to anyone who wishes to consult a serious astrologer who loves what he is doing.
