Defence Wards Matrimony

I am highly unsatisfied with their service. It’s a dead app with absolutely zero engagement. They are only interested in minting money and are not bothered about the customer experience. No one bothers to respond to calls or messages. My experience with their customer service was downright awful. The representative I spoke to was very rude. After paying for the service, I was dismissively told, "You can delete your profile and uninstall the app." There was no courtesy, no empathy, and clearly no training on how to speak to paying customers. It’s disgraceful that a platform claiming to be run by army personnel or their family would have such an apathetic and arrogant front-line team. One would expect better values and basic decency I seriously regret subscribing to their plan. There is no escalation channel, no way to speak to someone senior, and the customer-facing staff are nothing short of pathetic — rude, careless, and clearly unfit to be in any role that requires human interaction.

Very genuine platform for defence families. Easy to use, good profile quality, and loved the photo privacy option. Found some meaningful matches here. Highly recommended!

Pathetic Experience!! They least care about curating matches, providing better customer experience or even finding your preferences! You’ll be judged or segregated not on the basis of your preferences but on the basis of your father’s rank! Such poorly developed app, half of the features doesnt work. I truly wish they improve their services. Playing a monopoly game that’s it.

Hello Ajay Mehta, Greetings; I wish to put on record that my daughter got married and the credit goes to Defence Wards Matromony. A very user friendly website and preemptive support staff. I wish good luck to Mr Ajay Mehta and his team. Stay Blessed.. Col RP Bhatnagar
