Extremely disappointed with the service. I have opted for Assisted services. They used to call me numerous times in a day from different numbers to take the package, after I have paid the money there has been absolutely no contact. Trying to connect with their head and there is no response. Totally unprofessional. We don't expect this kind of behaviour from such a reputed matrimonial site.

Very difficult to get on phone. Haven’t got connected to site inspite of doing payment Poor service!! Very disappointed! Mr Shreerag is the most irresponsible and incompetent manager ! He cuts the calls and never ever answers or calls back. Not ready to respond and quickly gives it to his staff as he is apparently the so called manager who had no courtesy or responsible behaviour and too busy to understand a grievance which needs immediate help! Kindly let me know in which email I should complain and who can hear me out!!

Even one star is too much,had taken Assisted service,but there is no service at all. I was assured that 5 profiles will be shared every week, initial 2 weeks thay just shared very old profiles after which no more profiles shared. Only till subscription and renewal they call you and talk sweetly assuring all help.Once renewed there is no response at all. After taking Assisted service,they have blocked my sending my request.If I send an interest the request disappears. I often feel cheated and also inform to subscribe. I expect an AI reply with assurance of support with no help at all!
