Very poor response and help despite paying 6000+ rupees. They are only only interested in making us take assisted service costing more money. Waste of time and money

worst experience from this website. I had written four mails raising a concern of not mentioning the Gothrams( new application) and none of my mails were replied by this website. Also several tele communications to the customer care also resulted in zero response. This web site is really a bleeder of money from clients and no use of it. customer care became CUSTOMER DONT CARE . all they want is just money money money. Most useless and worst web site.

Worst service ever . i had technical issues with the profile and no one really cared in the team. dont want to even give a single star though

Extremely bad UI, and pathetic service. This website is not worth your time. Also a fraud alert - they auto debit after every 3 months. This is not mentioned in their website, but I got a call from the bank that i had set up auto debit with them until 2030!!! So if you dont pay attention - they take your money for the next 5 years. Not sure who is running this and how they are not out of business yet.

Worst people, cheating & looting your monies. No promises kept. supposed to provide 4 to 5 profile a week on assisted service, out of 6 weeks 3 weeks gone without sharing of any profile. secondly profile shared contains profile not suitable to us, though our interest, needs clearly explained to them full when paid. No single updates on okayed profiles. Since these people are troubling subscribers regularly over phone, seems all have either blocked their calls or not picking up their calls. Useless people. Dear All, pls do never go with them. Pls be careful, waste of complete money. I am reporting to consumer forum for their lapse for recovery of my money. very bad experience. Zero star rating, even minus rating if available.

I would like to say that we are the paid member. For initial reaction for my daughter and subsequent renewal. But still we are unable to see the phone contact of bridegroom because they locked their number. You shouldn't have given that option to anyone. Even though SMS and mailing facilities that will not be easy access. Though i have paid about 9000 so far iam not able to connect per to whom I want. What is the use. Total waste. Please immediately remove that locking of phone number preference. Very unsatisfactory . Contact through mobile only easy access. Your are doing very good service. Please make it pleasure to the members.

Pathetic service . I have paid for gold membership and i got 40 contacts. after 40 contacts got over, i was locked as in i cannot get any more contacts. i wanted contacts and for which firstly it dint allow me to upgrade then after calling customer service i was told i can do fund transfer and upgrade my self. I did the fund transfer of 4083 and then i thought i will be able to get the contact numbers. After which also i couldnt get the contacts .I called the customer care and they asked me to share the screen shot of payment details. which i did . they said that it will get activated in 48 hours . At the 48th hour i am waiting to get the contacts then i get an OTP number which is valid only for 30 mins. so I again call the customer care and then again they ask me share the screen shot of the payment details. When i tell them about the OTP , they dont have any clue of whats happening and ask me to share my complete story to the helpdesk , which i believe doesnt exist. I want my money back .
