I had a great experience at the jewellery store. The collection was beautiful and well-presented, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. Overall, a pleasant and satisfying visit.

Worst customer service even though going there from last 20 years. Bought gold here couple years ago, charged us for 23carrat but when tested today, found its only 18 carrat. When want to sell same gold they offered us Rs216000 but if want to exchange same gold for Rs245000. What a 2faced ugly customer service. Never going back to luthra jewellers and don't recommend to anyone either. Stay away for peace of mind.

Worst customer service, they gave broken gold bangles and then refused it. I wish i can give 0 star rating. You guys need to be humble .

Disappointed with the service. It was my first visit and I had bought a lot of stuff. There was a part of jewellery that was supposed to made according to the size. Even though i had paid half the price in advance, it is not ready plus nobody is bothered to give a justification for that, either they say "you cancelled the order" or "we will get back to you" but nobody called back. It’s been 20 days now. If somebody is paying you a hefty amount then at least keep them informed or listen to them. Now why would I buy something again when timely delivery is not possible.
