I discovered this shop through Instagram reels and was really impressed by the owner’s calm "Owner with laal tikka on his forehead and respectful personality online. However, the reality was completely different. My mother, who came all the way from the USA 🇺🇸 to buy silver anklets for me, visited the store and was ready to make a big purchase. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The owner was rude, shouting at his coworkers and using inappropriate language. Staff kept sending her from one floor to another, which was frustrating. She eventually left without buying anything. This experience clearly showed that what we see on Instagram isn’t always real.
