International Gemological Institute (IGI) - Kolkata

International Gemological Institute - Kolkata I recently completed a gemology course at IGI (International Gemological Institute) in Kolkata, and I have to say—it was an amazing experience. The instructors were so knowledgeable and made even complex topics easy to understand. I’ve always been curious about diamonds and certification, and now I feel confident reading a diamond certificate thanks to the practical learning. If you’re interested in gemology or looking to start a career in this field, I’d highly recommend IGI’s gemology courses.

Its a matter for honour for all the jewellers as well as jewellery customers that the most reliable international GEMS & JEWELLERY LABORATORY is giving its services in Kolkata. Very much satisfied with the quick & impartial gems & jewellery reports. These reports are globally valid.

Best place in kolkata to learn about gems and it's quality

All over it's very good for diamond certification and coloured stone verification. Diamond testing and certification upto 3 carat. All processing formalities are online & paperless. World class system and documentation

This is the best place to grade your Gems in Kolkata but because of theirs lack of awareness campaign people are getting fraud lab reports from various fake Gem Testing Lab's. Even some of them change the abbreviation of IGI as Indian Gemological Institute or GIA as Gem Identification & Authentication. It's sad that institutes like IGI & GIA doing nothing for Indian Gem market, whereas they are more active in America & European countries. It's little bit costly but again it's good to buy a natural gemstone than wasting money for a fake or synthetic one.
