Had a very good experience at the Tanishq store in Solus, Madhyamgram. The behaviour of all the staff members was very polite and professional. Special thanks to Ms. Rupsa Das for assisting and guiding me throughout my visit. She was extremely helpful, well-mannered, and made the overall experience very comfortable. Also, Mr. Soumyadeb Mitra gave a wonderful presentation and demonstrated the new diamond quality checking machine beautifully. His explanation was very clear and informative, which made the experience even more impressive. Overall, it has been a great experience with the store till now. Looking forward to visiting again.

Overall experience is very good. The collections are awesome. Behaviour of the sales persons are very good. I dealt with Ms. Angana, Ms.NehaDas, Ms.Udita and Ms.Krishna. They are very cooperative and very well behaved. Their assistance and good behaviour make me to visit this shop again.First time I saw diamond carat meter here. It is very useful for the people like me who hesitate to purchase diamond because of its authenticity.

Just finished buying a diamond mangalsutra at Tanishq Barasat and the experience was 10/10! Big thanks to Mr. Santanu Das for making the process so smooth. He didn't just show us designs; he was incredibly meticulous, explaining every technical detail about the diamond and product quality with great patience. I am not a regular customer of Tanishq. In fact this was my first visit. I was looking for a lightweight low-value everyday jewellery and the staffs were extremely helpful in aiding me to find the perfect fit. I would love to explicitly thank Tanushree and Sharmistha for their kind help. Overall, a very nice experience and will definitely consider coming back. Coming to the store, the security, lighting, decor, and above all the stock are more than adequate for an off-city-center location.

This store has versatile collection of gold and diamond jewellery. What I liked most is the patience with which Ms. Sharmistha shows the collections and answer all my queries every time visit the store. She is so polite and courteous to us always. I will also like to mention Mr. Soumya, who explained us the diamond carat machines ( I forgot the exact names of the equipments) where we can check the quality, logo and the number on the solitare diamonds with so much patience. And Mr. Rakesh, a woderful person with appreciable skill, who explained the gold carat measuring equipment and asked us to enter the lab and melted the old gold in front of us to maintain high transparency. He also explained every details of each step through what the gold is getting processed with lots of patience. I will again and again visit this store and will recommend others to do the same to get a nice experience.
