Had an issue of Duplicate profile. My daughter's profile was blocked. Registered complaint with customer care. It was not resolved for more than 2 days. Visited Velachery Tamil matrimony office. Mr.Rajkumar at the help desk helped me to get the issue resolved . He called the customer care and helped me in a very short time. Appreciate the sincere effort. Thanks for the service.

Very good customer support

I m not sure about this branch but I am using / taking services from Tamil matrimony for past 3 years. Its totally waste of money. They are simply using our datas to earn money ..In these 3 years hardly I got 2 calls from the bride family ..I m getting lot of interest request in my inbox but there were no response if you contact them. Few Ediots hiding their contact number and checking our profiles & pics.I don't know what is the point in hiding your numbers while registering for alliance searching.could see lot of fake profiles in prime services as well .before 1 year I took Assisted service which cost 16k .The girl who assigned for that service not supported anything.she called me to get my expectations and sent some random profiles which is not relevant to us. You will get a call for renewal alone .you cannot raise your complaint or query to anyone.. Pls don't waste your money. Its a big scam .Kindly share this to your family or friends those who are looking alliance seriously.

Very good customer handling
