I really love Deepti's work and professionalism The Sankalpa Siddhi Sadhana Yoga workshop was so so helpful. I was excited to join and learn more about goal setting from a vedic perspective. Deepti has such a vibrant energy and she explained everything very clearly, leaving enough space for questions and interaction. What I LOVED about this workshop is that we actually DID something, and not just listen to the instructor. The workshop helped me to have a clear vision of my goals and to know what obstacles were in my way. The different techniques and meditations we used during the workshop to energize our goals felt really powerful, I could feel it through my whole body.
