Most beautiful and vibrant university not only in Odisha but in whole India. The educational excellence alongwith colonial architectural magnificence is the real attarction for the students as well as common people. Most of the students in Odisha aspire for studying in this university after IIT and NIT. Since the students come here after getting selected through the CPET entrance exam, the academic environment of the campus is really competitive as well as suitable for inclusive holistic development. I have done my post graduation from this university in history and currently i am pursuing my Ph.D. in this university only. I am quite satisfied with the level of eduactional exposure that I am getting here. In addition, I also recommend everyone to have a try to get admission here for your bright future. Yes Ravenshaw is the best university in odisha. I'm totally agreed 💯. When I wasn’t a part of Ravenshaw University, I used to wonder why students proudly showed off its name. Now, I completely understand it. Ravenshaw has given me more than just a degree from unforgettable friends to placement opportunities everything. Ravenshaw did so much for the students whether it's conducting valuable seminars, workshops or hostel fest for student refreshment. When I joined Ravenshaw one of our professor said " you will definitely love Ravenshaw" now I get it she was right. This university holds a special place in my heart. The building is very old but the work is very good. Good for Bachelor education and secondary education but not too good for Post graduation or doctorate. It has a huge campus, hostel, lone canteen etc. Almost every department of science, arts and commerce available. Cut off for admission goes bit high. Overall very good for education. It will provide a competitive environment better for self improvement.

This is a nice University. We have visited Geology Department. All the faculties are really excellent. The Lab system and geology museum is the unique place at University. Proud of for Ravenshaw University.
